Week om niet snel te vergeten

Lieve Anja, Hans en Wil,

Wat een heerlijk huis is “Villa Nio”. Stilte , alleen verstoord door de krekels, gekko’s en de branding in de verte.

Een prachtig uitzicht en alle comfort voor een heerlijk verblijf. Hoewel we mooie plekken bezocht hebben, zoals Tanah lot, Uluwatu, Sanur , Semiak, was ik altijd blij als we weer terug waren.

Ook de omgeving is mooi, als je daar oog voor hebt. We genoten van een fietstocht in de omgeving van de villa. Prachtig tempels en natuur. We zouden hier nog dagen op onderzoek uit kunnen om te ontdekken wat er allemaal te zien is.

En we genoten van de gastvrijheid, inhoud gegeven door Wayan, Ketut en Augus. Altijd goed om de dag te beginnen met de goedlachse Wayan en zijn wil dingen voor je te regelen.

Sijtske, Julia en ik hebben lekker bij kunnen kletsen nadat we elkaar 3 mnd niet hebben gezien.

Kerstfeest heeft wel een andere dimensie gekregen hier! Maar dit is er een die we niet snel zullen vergeten.

Ik sluit me hier helemaal bij aan, 2,5 week naar Bali om onze dochter Julia te bezoeken, die voor haar studie 4 maanden in Lovina verblijft. Heerlijk om haar weer te zien en om samen met haar hier een week in Villa Nio door te brengen

Wat een prachtig huis, het klopt allemaal.

Wij zullen deze vakantie, en speciaal deze week hier niet gauw vergeten.

Een 18 dagen vakantie in Villa Nio.

Helemaal top!! Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Veel gelachen en ook een kijkje in de cultuur van Bali, samen met de staf van de Villa.

Een prima chauffeur, die letterlijk alle hoogtepunten kent op Bali. Zowel de hotspots als de eetgelegenheden. Laat ook Jana een keer koken. Wil je een vakantie in rust, mooi uitzicht, veel ruimte, en een kijkje in de dorpse sfeer met kakelende hanen, dan is this the place.

Wonderfull place to stay

We stayed for more than two weeks in the villa, with a short break in Ubud during Nyepi. It is a wonderful place, very quiet, in a real Balinese environment, the village and the rice fields and all the plants and flowers.

And we can recommend all: the sate’s Wayan can get for you! Ayam, babi, lilit. A nice beach to visit is Echo beach, not too far by taxi or motor bike. And we very much enjoyed the delicious breakfest prepared by Wayan.

Thanks to Wayan, Ketut and Augus fort heir good cares and thanks to Wil,Anja and Hans for providing such a nice place. We will be back

Dear Anja,

Wow! What can we say? We thoroughly enjoyed Villa Nio. Mom & Dad loved longing about, catching up on reading and taking a nice siesta every now & than!

Pak Wayan, Pak Augus & Pak Ketut were all fantastic, attending to our needs. Kudos tot them!

After two blissful and splendid weeks of utter comfort and relaxation, it is not easy saying goodbye, for now at least to your lovely villa and staff.

We will be backfor more of those lovely sunsets overlooking the Indian Ocean and the bucolic rice peddies of Batu Tampin Kangin!

Tranquil heaven

Dear Hans & Anja, and Wil,

Many thanks for letting us stay in your tranquil heaven in an otherwise lively and busteling Bali.

You’ve chosen the site to build Nio with sound judgment and appreciation for the rural and unspoiled Bali.

We particularly enjoyed the beautiful moods, lights and spirit of the surrounding villages, rice fields and most of all the kind & generous people dwelling the area.

Although we see urbanisation closing in from the south, we hope this place stays as pristine as it is today for many,many years to come.
